Is GST included?
On DetailScout, prices explicitly advertised excluding GST are converted to a GST-inclusive amount. Where the source does not state GST, we label it “GST to confirm” and avoid presenting that number as a confirmed total.
Which vehicle is the price for?
A small-car starting price may not apply to an SUV, ute or people mover. Send the make, model and photos of the condition so the provider can quote the actual job.
What is included—and excluded?
Check extraction, pet-hair treatment, engine-bay work and polishing individually. Similar package names can contain different work. Use the comparison tool to see inclusions and conditions side by side.
Is it a first-visit price?
Some maintenance rates depend on a prior detail or a recurring schedule. Compare the initial service and follow-up cost separately.
What could change the quote?
Ask about heavy soiling, travel, parking and any work approved after inspection. Confirm the total and changes with the provider before the work starts.
